In a very short time from now, my Hp Mini 311 will have her maiden voyage into the uncharted territories of Linux. I will load her second hard drive partition up with the Debian offshoot “Crunch Bang Linux”. Crunch Bang Linux is supposed to be insanely fast. I hope to use it as a faster boot option compared to my current XP install. I however, have lost my two flash drives that were big enough to put a Linux distro on. So I have ordered an 8gb Patriot Xporter. This flash drive should also be much faster than my other “Walmart” flashdrives, so it should facilitate a fast install process. By the end of the week I will try to review both Crunch Bang Linux and the new flash drive.
