I am interested in buying some new headphones for my Ipod Touch. I have never bought nice headphones, I have really ever owned the Ipod earbuds.

I am currently looking at the Sony 7506 Monitor headphones. I generally don’t listen to music out in public, so I figure I might as well buy some full-sized headphones for listening to my Ipod at home. I would rather have better sound quality, rather than portability. Sound quality also matters because I currently hook my apple earbuds up to my Xbox 360, and it kinda stinks. The low range is hardly able to be heard with my current sound setup.

From what I hear these headphones are great, and provide professional level sound quality. Which makes these headphones a very tempting offer at $80.

Does anyone have any headphone buying advice? I want to have these headphones for awhile and I want to invest once in some nicer headphones and get my money’s worth out of them. Please any information about headphones/earbuds is appreciated.
