I finally nabbed a Parker 51 fountain pen off of eBay last night for $40. I have seen them go for a little bit lower and a lot higher so I think it was a fair price. Especially because this will be my heavy duty writing pen for the rest of my life(yeah right). Well hopefully it will last a while anyways.
I will review the P51 as soon as possible. But it might be awhile because it won’t be shipped until Monday. I am hoping that it will deserve a glowing review. After this purchase it will be a long time before I buy another pen. I might buy a second bottle of ink, but that will be a little while from now too.
I hope I am not alienating anybody wit these pen posts. I just think it is interesting too mix it up every once in awhile.
